Sacrifice Cocktail

This tequila cocktail pays homage to an Aztec biannual religious festival, in which people offered a sacrifice to the gods and feasted on turkey and maize cakes.


2 ounces
Turkey-infused el Jimador reposado tequila
1/2 ounce
agave syrup
1/2 ounce
3/4 ounce
Lime Juice
1 dash
mole bitters


Step 1

Rim a rocks glass with salt, fill with ice.
Step 2
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3
Strain in an ice-filled rocks glass.
